Presence Church Conference Centre sits right in the heart of the Gold Coast — modern, bright, spacious, and designed to make every part of your conference experience feel effortless.
The main auditorium gives us plenty of room with a state-of-the-art stage, lighting and LCD screens. The multiple breakout rooms are perfect for diving deeper into the workshops you’re excited about.
Upstairs, you’ll find the hub of the event: the café, expo, registration, and social area all in one easy-to-navigate space. The dedicated expo zone makes it simple to wander through, meet suppliers, chat with brands, and discover tools that can genuinely level up your business — no shoulder-checking required.
There’s also a mini café on site, so whether you’re after a quick caffeine fix or a relaxed spot to catch up with new friends, you won’t have to go far.
Lunch will be served in this area on both days, adding to the buzz, energy, and atmosphere that keep everyone connected.

Social House Bar
When you’re not in a session or at one of the organised social events, The Social House at Voco Gold Coast on the ground floor is your go-to spot for unwinding. This relaxed yet stylish bar and lounge serves handcrafted cocktails, share-style tapas, and laid-back bites — perfect for catching up with friends or meeting new ones. It’s the kind of place you’ll naturally gravitate toward and where our community really connects after hours.
We’ll also be meeting here on Sunday morning for our casual Q&A and co-working session, making it the perfect spot to start the day with coffee, conversation, and a little creativity.
Accommodation
Accommodation is flexible. We’ve secured a special room rate at both VOCO Hotel and the Q1 Apartments. Both are directly opposite the main conference centre.
If you prefer other options, there’s a range of accommodation nearby. From budget-friendly stays to luxury penthouses – all within a 10-minute walk of the Main venue in the heart of the Gold Coast. Accommodation is not included in your conference ticket.
VOCO HOTEL
The newly renovated Voco Gold Coast is the perfect place to stay during the conference – and it’s literally just across the road from the main venue.
Fresh, modern, and filled with personality, the hotel offers a mix of Standard King Rooms and Standard Twin Rooms, making it ideal whether you’re travelling solo or sharing with friends.
You’ll find great bars, an excellent breakfast to start your day right, and all the comforts you need to unwind after a full schedule. It’s relaxed, convenient, and designed to make your stay feel effortless from the moment you check in.
$200 per room, per night + $20 breakfast
If you’re sharing, it’s only $100 per night each.
The rooms KOTN & TSUN are a Mixture of Twin and King Rooms. This will help open up more availability of rooms for us. They are both the same.

Travel and how to get there…
Flying in from Gold Coast Airport:
The Voco Hotel and the Q1 has a Light Rail stop right at its front door, making it the easiest and most direct way to get to the conference. Hop on the train, and you’ll be at the hotel in minutes. Simple and stress-free.
Flying in from Brisbane Airport:
You can take a direct train or shuttle down to the Gold Coast, or drive (approximately 1–1.5 hours).
