I am Paula Pike and I specialise in capturing your family just the way it is, I love to get those beautiful posed Christmas card images but mostly I love getting real images, those images that tell your family story, how much fun Dad is, how nurturing Mum is, how close (or not close) your children are with each other. The laughs, the tears, the hugs, the holding hands, the running around playing games, the exploration and innocence of little ones in the outdoors.

What you need is a family photographer who has experience with children of all ages and is in for some fun and adventure. You need a family photographer who will photograph every angle, every emotion, who will capture so many beautiful images you find it hard to choose the ones you want to keep. Pre session I do share an idea board with you to find out if there is anything in particular you would like me to get a shot of on the day. I guarantee variety in your images.

So what do I offer? I walk you through your session from start to finish, after enquiring or booking, I get in touch and find out more about your family. I walk you through best outfit styles and colours, help you choose a location that resonates with your family, and will talk with you about any props you may like to bring along that also tells your family story. Then I start planning what images I think you will love best. I will be in touch regularly to answer any questions and to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable with how everything is being prepared, I will ensure your family is ready by the time your session arrives. Along with this you will also have access to my client guides, handpicked locations and a small client closet. I want your session to be the photoshoot of your dreams!

I have something for everyone, from a number of digital packages to some beautiful wall collections and prints. Not only do I walk you through your photoshoot from start to finish but afterwards also help you select images you love the most and guide you on the best pieces or collections to suit your home. I don’t charge upfront except for the session fee, but I do offer pre shoot and post session payment plans.
