Workshop selections

After you have purchased your ticket, you will receive your “Workshop Selection form” Please fill this in ASAP So lock in your worshops and speakers you want to see. Before they book out!

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the PPBN Connect Conference 2026 (“the Event”), you (“the Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time at the discretion of The Professional Photography Business Network (PPBN) without prior notice.

  1. Pricing and GST: All ticket prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

  2. Event Program and Speakers: The PPBN reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute speakers, and/or to vary advertised programs, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity as required.

  3. Personal Property: The PPBN accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to Participants during the Event.

  4. What Payment does not include: Travel to and from the event, Accommodation, and social drinks on Thursday and Friday night. Lunch is TBC with catering. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing tickets.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. The PPBN does not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal circumstances.

  • Transfer of Ticket: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify PPBN in writing at least 14 days prior to the Event with the full name and contact details of the new attendee.

  • Event Changes: Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, if the event proceeds as planned, refunds are not available. Including for circumstances such as adverse weather, travel issues, personal reasons, or health conditions beyond the control of the organisers.

  • Money-back guarantee
    For some silly reason, we don’t get the 70 people. (which im sure we will) There will be a 100% money-back guarantee. So please dont hold out just in case. Because then the first 70 tickets are sold, it goes to full price! 

Instalment Payment Options (50/50 or 4-Part Plan)

  • It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure that all instalments are successfully processed by their due dates.

  • Full payment must be received by 10 May 2026 to secure your ticket. If payment is not completed by this date, all monies paid will be forfeited and your ticket will be cancelled without refund.

  • Once an instalment plan has been selected, payments must follow the agreed schedule and cannot be adjusted, merged, or delayed.

  • Please ensure that your nominated account or credit card has sufficient funds for each scheduled payment.

General Acknowledgement

By completing your ticket purchase, you agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  • You understand that failure to comply with payment schedules or terms may result in forfeiture of your ticket.

  • You consent to receive event updates, workshop selection details, and other communications related to the PPBN Connect Conference 2026.
