About the PPBN Connect Conference
The PPBN Connect Conference is Australia’s leading event for professional photographers – combining education, inspiration, and industry connection under one roof.
Over 4 Days, we bring together photographers from every genre – from family and newborn to pets, weddings, boudoir, personal branding, events and even kindergarten Photography.
Our speakers aren’t influencers or theorists – they’re real photographers who walk the walk and talk the talk. Every one of them is an expert in their genre. They’ve built thriving photography businesses, faced the same challenges our photographers have, and know what it takes to succeed in today’s market.

Our Story: From Industry Nights to National Connection
For six years, the Professional Photography Business Network (PPBN) has run engaging business education nights, helping photographers improve systems, marketing, pricing, and mindset — and, most importantly, connect with each other and with trade partners.
Now, we’re bringing that energy and expertise together in one national, game-changing event: the PPBN Connect Conference.
At its core, PPBN is about connection, collaboration, and community. Our mission is simple: to help photographers build profitable, balanced businesses without compromising creativity or values — and to foster meaningful partnerships with suppliers who support their success.

Unlike most conferences that drop dates and expect you to commit blindly, PPBN Connect is completely transparent from day one. You’ll know the speakers, schedule, and opportunities – before you even step foot in the venue.

The PPBN Connect trade show offers the perfect mix of visibility, networking, and community engagement. Trade Partners are positioned in the main foyer, the central hub for registration, breaks, and lunch, with constant foot traffic throughout the day.
Trade show hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm on Friday 22nd and Saturdat 23rd May, Both with 3x dedicated Tradeshow sessions. Morning, Lunchtime and Afternoon.

Logistics:
- Bump-in: Thursday from 12:00pm
- Bump-out: Saturday afternoon during the last session 5pm.
- Venue access: Street-level entry with side parking available for loading
Trade Partner Packages
PRODUCT SPACE (Maximum 10 spots available)
Ideal for suppliers who need a larger footprint to showcase products, run demos, or build a more substantial display.
Each space is approximately 2.5 – 3 metres in length, and 2 tables will be provided.
Investment: $1,500 AUD inc. GST
SERVICE TABLE (Maximum 5 spots available)
Perfect for service-based businesses who don’t require a full product display.
You’re welcome to bring a laptop, marketing materials, and a pull-up banner to generate conversations and connect with attendees.
Investment: $1000 AUD inc. GST
The final venue layout will depend on the suppliers attending and will be confirmed closer to the event.
If you’ve been part of our Industry Nights across Australia, you’ll recognise the flow – this setup will follow a similar style, designed for maximum visibility and easy connection with attendees.
