Workflow, Steps and Prompts
1. Do you know who you’re talking to?!
This was day 3 of the 30-day business challenge to help identify exactly who your ideal client. Do and do this activity first, and place it into ChatGPT to start creating a client profile. Read the responses from the other photographers, its super interesting!
2. Keyword/topics (this is where you build your topics and content)
Now that you have your Avatar, you already know some of the FAQ and common conversations you have with your clients that you want to cover in your blogs and social media. If you get stuck, ask for ideas about what these people are likely searching on Google and other search engines.
Once you come up with a few, ill show you how to go to Google and ChatGPT to find out “more detailed questions” to cover and start to build your blog and socials.
Go and get your favourite 12 keywords/topics you want to cover.
Hot Tip: It’s not just about the keyword, is more about the topics/questions that are searchable.
If you’re not sure, you can use this Prompt:
I’m a [your niche] serving the [your location].
I want to create helpful and meaningful blog content that will attract and serve my ideal clients, build trust, and improve my SEO, but I don’t know what topics to write about. Going from the information you now know about my ideal clients and what you know about [Your Business Name]
Can you give me a list of 12 blog post ideas that:
- Are relevant to my niche and services
- Answer common client questions (you can give it some examples if you like)
- Include both evergreen and timely content (Nothing specific to dates and time of year)
- It will help me show up on Google and get more inquiries
3. Google Questions > Chat GPT Questions
Google – When you ask your first few questions in Google, you can click on the “People Also Ask” Select the one you like, open and close it on the down arrow and it will give you even more questions on that topic. You want to be specific to your topics. you can do this a few times to get a good 5-10 questions you like.
ChatGPT – Take those questions from Google and ask for 10/20/30 more on these topics. This is the beginning of your content creation topics.
Hot Tip: If you choose 30 this will give you 30 days of content on that topic!
4. Write your Blog using Your Keywords/Topics
You can use your topics and the responses that you personally would give to write your blog. Don’t type in your question and ask for a blog. I want you to break it down so that it is a better reflection of you and your business. Don’t forget to humanise it!

Step 2: Create the Key content (Main point you want to get across): (ChatGPT)
In your own words (or speak into the microphone), describe the key topics and points that you wish to cover in the blog. This can be done in point form or as a paragraph. What you are doing is making sure that you are hitting your key points that are important to you and your business, and describing them in your own voice and tone.
[Take this information and place it into ChatGPT]
The goal is to write a human-readable, SEO-optimised blog post that ranks well on search engines and provides value to the reader. Your first task is to write a structured and concise outline for an article with the defined variables above. Include tips from the photographer & a FAQ section at the end.
Step 3. Write Your Blog (ChatGPT)
“You are a seasoned SEO blog post writer with a proven track record of creating valuable content that is easy to read. Emphasise natural language, conversational flow, and a touch of personality. Occasionally use anecdotes, humor, and spontaneity to create a more human-like style. You will create content that will always outrank other websites because of the value it provides and how easy it is to read.”
To improve readability and value, occasionally add Bullet Points, Numbered Lists, callouts, or tables. Do this only when necessary. “

5. Email database: Put Blog into ChatGPT
“You are an email marketing superstar. Create an email to send out to all of my followers as a summary of a new blog that has just been released they will go and click on the links to read more. “
6. Long Form Video for YouTube. Put Blog into ChatGPT
“You are a YouTube marketing superstar. I’ve just done a long-form video of this blog. Can you please shorten and summarise it to 5000 characters. Keeping (Keyword/ questions) as the focus”
7. Static Post for Social Media: Put Blog into ChatGPT
“You are a social media expert for the (genre) photography industry. Turn this blog into 1 key summary of all topics as a social media static post tiles.
“Topic headings”
With Cover title “As the blog title”
Summary in 5 short dot points. No more than 15 words in each dot point.
A strong Key message or outcome in less than 30 words.
Hot Tip: Use your canva Brand kit with a social media template.
Once you have your tiles, “Thanks ChatGPT, Can you now turn this information into copy that I can share with links leading back to them reading the blog. no more than 200 words, add 10 hashtags, please”
9. Instaflex: Stories
Share the reel on Stories with a CTA of some sort.
8. Short Form Video for Socials (Reels): Put Blog into ChatGPT
Option 1: Ask Directly to ChatGPT
“You are a social media expert for the (genre) photography industry. Create a script from the topic/questions. Create a hook and 3 key points with a call to action for a short form 45 – 60sec video on Instagram and Tictok”
Option 2: Problem Agitation Solution (PAS)
“You are a social media expert for the (genre) photography industry. Create a Problem agitation solution script with a hook and three key points with a call to action for a short form 60sec video on Instagram and tictok” answering the question: (insert question)
Option 3: Be more specific
Turn this blog post into a 30-second TikTok / Instagram script using this structure:
HOOK (0–3 sec): Start with a punchy, curiosity-driven hook that grabs attention – make it about the viewer’s problem, not me.
SET THE SCENE (3–7 sec): Quickly introduce the topic around this subject.
TEACH THE TAKEAWAY (7–20 sec): Share one strong insight or tip that would surprise or help a [Target client].
CTA (20–30 sec): End with a simple, helpful call-to-action that invites engagement
Optional Text Overlay Suggestions: Add optional on-screen text overlays if needed.
Next: Once you are happy with the script. Remove all the extra text and heads ChatGPT puts in it, so it’s just the script only.
Cut and paste into Notes on your computer, and it automatically goes to your phone.
Using CAPCUT to create your short form videos
Open cap cut > Camera
Teleprompter > Cog > cut and paste your script, check the speed.
Set up your phone (good lighting, quite room, make yourself look nice lol)
Click “One Shot”
Record > Read and act out your script in one go.
Edit > Enhance Voice > Adjust (auto-adjust colour/contrast, etc)
Trim start and finish (make sure it’s under 60sec)
Add subtitles (captions) and check the spelling
Add Cover (select a frame from the 60sec as your Base)
Add Text (Pick one style and try to be consistent)
Put the topic/question in the text
Export Video.
Chat GPT Prompt to make the text to support your video

Go directly to the preferred social media platform of your choice and post your video and text.
